xe666 reserves the right to carry out identity and age verification checks at any time, including prior to processing any withdrawal. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the requested timeframe may result in account restriction or closure.

When you register an account with xe666, you are required to provide accurate, current and complete information. You agree to maintain and promptly update your account information to keep it accurate and complete at all times. Your obligations regarding your account include the following:

• You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials, including your mobile number and password. xe666 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised use of your account resulting from your failure to keep your credentials secure.
• You must notify xe666 immediately at [email protected] if you become aware of any unauthorised use of your account or any breach of security. xe666 recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) for additional account protection.
• You may not sell, transfer, or assign your account or any rights associated with your account to any third party. Accounts are personal and non-transferable.
• You must not register using a false identity, a VPN to mask your location, or any automated means. xe666 employs technical measures to detect fraudulent registrations and reserves the right to close any account that it suspects was registered in breach of these requirements.

xe666 conducts Know Your Customer (KYC) verification as part of its standard due diligence procedures. You may be required to submit a copy of a government-issued photo identification document (such as a National ID card or passport) and proof of address before withdrawals above a specified threshold are processed.

All financial transactions on the xe666 Platform are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). xe666 supports deposits and withdrawals via bKash, Nagad, Rocket and Upay. The following terms apply to all deposits and withdrawal requests:

In the event of a technical malfunction during a deposit or withdrawal transaction, xe666 will investigate the matter and take reasonable steps to resolve it. xe666 is not liable for delays caused by third-party payment processing systems, banking infrastructure failures or telecommunications outages beyond its reasonable control.

xe666 offers a variety of bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players, including a welcome bonus for new registrants and ongoing reload bonuses, cashback offers and free spin promotions for existing players. All bonus offers are subject to the following general terms, which apply in addition to any promotion-specific terms published on the Platform:

• Welcome bonus funds carry a standard wagering requirement of 25x the total bonus amount received before any withdrawal of bonus-derived funds is permitted. The wagering requirement clock starts from the moment the bonus is credited to your account.

xe666 is committed to providing a fair, transparent and secure gaming environment. The following rules apply to all gameplay on the Platform:

• All casino games offered on the Platform use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology to ensure unpredictable and statistically fair outcomes. Live dealer games are streamed from regulated studios and are subject to the rules set by the relevant game provider.

xe666 uses a combination of automated monitoring systems and human review to detect prohibited activities. Where xe666 reasonably suspects a prohibited activity has occurred or is occurring, it may freeze account funds pending investigation without prior notice to the account holder.

xe666 reserves the right to suspend, restrict or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms or any other xe666 policy, including but not limited to the Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy.
• Provision of false, incomplete or misleading information during registration or at any subsequent point during the player relationship, including during KYC verification.
• Discovery that the account holder is under the age of 21, is self-excluded from gambling, or is prohibited from gambling under the laws of their jurisdiction.

Where an account is closed due to a breach of these Terms, xe666 reserves the right to confiscate the account balance and any pending winnings. Where an account is closed for other reasons (such as a player's voluntary request or xe666's commercial decision unrelated to any breach), any genuine real-money balance that is not subject to active investigation will be returned to the player via their registered payment method within a reasonable timeframe.

All content on the xe666 Platform, including but not limited to software, text, graphics, logos, images, audio, video, data compilations and the overall design and arrangement of the Platform, is the property of xe666 or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal and non-commercial gaming purposes only.

You may not copy, reproduce, modify, adapt, translate, distribute, display, publish, licence, create derivative works from, or otherwise exploit any content from the Platform without the express prior written consent of xe666. Unauthorised use of xe666 intellectual property may give rise to civil and criminal liability.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, xe666's liability to you in connection with your use of the Platform is limited as follows:

• xe666 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, service interruption, computer damage or system failure, arising out of or in connection with your use of or inability to use the Platform.
• xe666 does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free or free from viruses or other harmful components. Access to the Platform may be suspended from time to time for maintenance, upgrades or circumstances beyond xe666's reasonable control.
• Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit xe666's liability for death or personal injury caused by xe666's proven negligence, or for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited by applicable law.

xe666 collects, processes and stores your personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference and is available at xe666.ws/privacy-policy. By registering an account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. xe666 uses SSL encryption to protect all data transmitted between your device and the Platform. Personal data is never sold to third parties. xe666 may share data with payment processors, identity verification services and regulatory bodies only as required to operate the Platform and comply with applicable legal obligations.

xe666 reserves the right to update, modify or replace any part of these Terms at any time. The updated Terms will be posted on the Platform with a revised effective date. If the dispute cannot be resolved informally, either party may refer the matter to binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of a mutually agreed arbitration body. xe666 and the player agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the agreed arbitration process for the resolution of any dispute. Nothing in this clause prevents either party from seeking urgent injunctive or other equitable relief from a court of competent jurisdiction.
